Yes, we provide you the training materials such as PDFs, PPTs, word documents, worksheets, assignments, audios and videos in digital format for your reference and practice.

Yes, apart from the digital training materials, we will also send you the necessary books and worksheets to your home address (applicable for Indian and foreign language programs as well as international exam preparation programs).

In an ideal scenario, books will be delivered to you within 7 to 10 days from the date of enrolment.

No, our fee structure is inclusive of the study materials, which is very essential for you to follow the trainer.

Yes, for every program, we are providing course completion certificates from EnglishRoots, which will be couriered to your home address (within India). A soft copy of the course completion certificate will also be sent to your registered email ID.

Yes, EnglishRoots provides training for a few examinations as given below. Students who enrol for our regular programs will be able to appear for these examinations.
German Language: Goethe – Zertifikate, Test DaF.
French Language: DELF exams conducted by Alliance Franciase
Spanish Language: DELE exams conducted by InstitutoCervantis
Japanese Language: The JLPT conducted by the Japan Foundation
IELTS Exams (International English Language Testing System)

A laptop/desktop/tablet/smartphone with a good internet connectivity is all that you need to attend our classes. Our classes are totally live and highly interactive. There will be provisions to share the training materials and chat with your trainer.

Below operating systems and browsers are compatible for our online programs.

Visit www.englishroots.in and click on Courses. Choose a program you wish to join and register yourself. You will be taken to our course chart and from there, you can select the level, batch, preferred timing. Complete the payment processand you will be successfully enrolled to the batch. Our enrolment process is totally automated.

We have our own learning platform for online classes. Upon enrolment, you will receive the login credentials and app download link to your registered email ID and phone number. You will also receive timely notifications/alerts from the app.

We give utmost priority to quality and provide individual attention to our students. Our batch size ranges from 5 to 15 students per batch depending on the courses.

Minimum duration is 1 hour and maximum is 2 hours per session.

Minimum age to enrol for our training programs is 6 years.

Anyone can learn a new language. However, children in the age group of 6 to 14 years can join our kids’ batches.

The fees will have to be paid in full at the time of enrolment. Payments can be made online on the website through UPI, net banking, debit cards, or credit cards.

The total fee is refunded only when EnglishRoots is unable to start a training program as listed in the website.
If a student wishes to withdraw his/her enrolment before the commencement of the program, a refund will be made within 7 working days after deducting a withdrawal fee of INR 2000. A request needs to be sent to contact@englishroots.in . If the student discontinues after the commencement of classes, there is no refund provided.

The course fee paid is valid for 3 months within which the student needs to take up the course. The same cannot be transferred to another student or a different course or level.

Once a level is completed, there is an option for the student to upgrade to the next level in the app itself.

The student needs to send an email to contact@englishroots.in citing the reason for the same. Our academic team will decide if the request can be accommodated after evaluating various factors such as seat availability, modules covered, etc.

There won’t be any compensatory classes for the missed modules. It’s the sole responsibility of the student to cope up with the program for the missed classes. You can refer to the training materials provided.

Yes, class recordings are available for 7 days in the app.
