Yes. Students enrolled in our regular programs can prepare for the following examinations:

You only need a laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone with stable internet connectivity. Classes are live and interactive, with options to share materials and chat with trainers.

Visit www.englishroots.in and click on Courses. Select your program, level, batch, and preferred time slot. Complete the payment process to enroll. Our enrollment system is fully automated.

After enrollment, you will receive the app download link via email and SMS. Notifications and alerts will be sent through the app.

To ensure quality and individual attention, batch sizes range from 5 to 15 students depending on the course.

Each session lasts between 1 to 2 hours.

The minimum age to enroll is 6 years.

Anyone can learn a new language. Children aged 6–14 years can join our kids’ batches.

Payments and Refunds

Payments can be made online via UPI, net banking, debit cards, or credit cards.

  • Full refund if EnglishRoots is unable to start the listed program.
  • If a student withdraws before commencement, a refund will be processed within 7 working days after deducting a withdrawal fee of INR 2000. Requests must be sent to contact@englishroots.in.
  • No refund is provided once classes have commenced.

    • The fee is valid for 3 months. It cannot be transferred to another student, course, or level.

    Learner Support & Guidelines

    Once you complete a level, you can upgrade directly through the app.

    Send an email to contact@englishroots.in with your request. Our academic team will review availability and modules covered before confirming.

    Email contact@englishroots.in with your reason. You may re enroll in a future batch within 3 months, subject to seat availability and academic review.

    Compensatory classes are not provided. Students are expected to catch up using the training materials.

    Yes. Recordings are accessible in the app for 7 days.
